We opened in Peru, IL, on July 13, 2013, and expanded to Bloomington, IL, on November 2, 2014.

Our Story

Bayou Express was founded by experienced chefs with over 20 years in the industry. After working in top restaurants across California, Illinois, Kansas City, and Kentucky, they brought their expertise to create Bayou Express.
