Bayou Express was founded by experienced chefs with over 20 years in the industry. After working in top restaurants across California, Illinois, Kansas City, and Kentucky, they brought their expertise to create Bayou Express.
Our kitchen is led by Head Chef Rafael Diaz, who created our signature sauces. Chef Rene ensures every dish is plated to perfection, while Master Sushi Chef Greg transforms sushi into edible art.
